Sunday:          Orange caramel French toast with citrus cream cheese whip, spiced bacon, sausage melange, fresh fruit and yogurt

Monday:         Chile egg puff, Doug’s homemade cinnamon buns, apple cinnamon sausage links, fresh fruit and yogurt

Tuesday:        Multi grain crepes or gluten-free nut butter pancakes topped with mascarpone lemon whip and berries, spiced bacon, veggie egg nests, fresh fruit

Wednesday:   Veggie frittata or quiche, oatmeal breakfast squares, sausage links, fresh fruit and yogurt

Thursday:       Breakfast burritos, almond meal muffins, fresh fruit and yogurt, chile hot chocolate

Friday:         European buffet, including baked Brie, cold meats and cheeses, smoked salmon, hard boiled eggs, breads, Swiss porridge, dark chocolate

Saturday:       Apple sausage ring, scrambled eggs with fresh avocado and tomato, fancy hash browns, muffins or coffee cake, fresh fruit and yogurt

A variety of coffees and teas served daily
